Seasoned to perfection with Josu Garlic Chive Salt - this amazing South Korean sea salt I discovered that is made with SUN & SEAWATER , onion powder, and white pepper, this cheese ball means business. And let's not forget about the fresh cilantro – because every rock star needs a touch of greenery and let's face it - we gotta make it ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE A CARROT!

Easter Carrot Cheese Ball Recipe

Here’s your ingredients:

✨ 2 blocks of cream cheese

✨ Pickled red onions & tomato jam - I used Madam's Jams - you can find them on Maleah's IG HERE

✨ Chopped cilantro + longer fronds for the top, garlic chive salt, onion powder, white pepper

✨ Freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Combine the cream cheese with the onions, tomato jam, and seasonings then form into a ball and refrigerate in a ziploc bag or plastic wrap until ready to shape into a carrot 🥕

2. Remove the mixture and place on a board (I added parchment to save my board). Then shape into a carrot and press the cheddar cheese into the sides and top.

3. Add the cilantro to the top and arrange your munchies around the carrot on your board. Easy right?
