Hummus Smear Grazing Board

Who doesn't love a GOOD ole schmear of hummus? If you say no, then I am not sure we can still be friends. Hehe JK I would never judge you that harshly but I would definitely encourage you to tryyyyy ittt. I just went ahead and dolloped my Greek-Inspired Hummus from Sabra right in the middle of my platter that I lined with 2 sheets of parchment paper then filled in all around it with pickled red onions, kalamata olives, pitted castelvetrano olives, tomatoes, greek gherkin pickles, your cheeses - I used triple creme brie, aged white cheddar and Cypress Grovers Lamb Chopper Sheep's Milk Cheese.

Is it weird if I just put the hummus RIGHT on the platter? No? Ok cool I thought so! 🧆🧀 Here’s what else is on this yummy graze!

INGREDIENTS —>

“Greek-Inspired” Hummus from @sabra

Greek Gherkins

Castelvetrano olives (pitted)

Kalamata olives (pitted)

Pickled red onions

Red Propea Onion jam

Fig & Pear Jam

“Lamb Chopper” Cheese @cypressgrovers

Double Crème Brie

Aged white cheddar

Dry coppa

Soppressata

Strawberries

Apples

Blackberries

Tomatoes

Dried apricot

Shelled pistachios

Water crackers

Fresh mint

Simply smear your hummus right onto your board or platter that has been made food-safe. I like parchment or freezer paper and honestly the clean up from this was a dream when I just grabbed what we wanted to keep then gathered up the paper and tossed it in the trash with zero mess on my cute tray!

Fill in around the hummus with your little dishes filled with your pickled stuff and add your cheeses to the board. Then fill in strategically so only savory items touch the hummus.
