Garnish your Platters with Dried Oranges

Makes about 40 dried oranges slices you can use for garnishing your boards and tables.

Vibrant colors, interesting shapes, and cool textures are what make platters total

eye candy for your guests. Garnish with natural ingredients as often as you can,

like with these pretty dried oranges. Simply slice and bake on low for creating

a gorgeous topping for cheeses and dips and tucking into gaps and corners on

your boards. I adore blood oranges, but you can dry any kind you like.

DRIED ORANGES

- Ingredients -

4 blood oranges, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)

1. Preheat the oven to 200°F. Spray a baking

sheet with cooking spray.

2. Slice the oranges and arrange on the

baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with the sugar,

if using.

3. Bake for 2 to 2 - 2 1/2 hours, turning occasionally

and checking frequently in the last hour.

4. Store in an airtight container for

up to a week.
