Charcuterie Tutorial - Spring Grazing Board

I made this beautiful platter last Easter and it is still one of my absolute favorites! Picture this: it's Easter, the sun is shining, and I'm in my element, putting together the most epic grazing board you've ever seen. Seriously, it's like my superpower – creating these Insta-worthy spreads that make everyone go, "Wow, she's got style! 🤣🫶👀🧀" Yup, that's my jam, and I'm here to share all the deets of this gorgeous cheesy masterpiece.

Cheeses:

Let's start with the cheese, because let's face it, cheese is life! We've got the classics like creamy Brie and smoked cheddar, but we're also getting a little fancy with some Berry Dale Wensleydale and Mimosa Yorkshire Wensleydale. Oh, and did I mention the Cranberry cinnamon goat cheese? It's like a flavor adventure in every bite!


Dishes:

Now, let's talk about the extras – the little touches that take this grazing board from good to gourmet. Grilled whole green olives, Cornichons, and Cranberry Vanilla Jelly are must-haves, along with some Vanilla-Cinnamon honey for that sweet kick. And who can resist a dollop of cilantro lime hummus? It's like a mini fiesta on your taste buds!


Meats:

Of course, no grazing board is complete without some delicious meats. Spicy calabrese slices and Italian dry salami di parma bring the heat, while the chub adds a touch of rustic charm. These meats are the perfect balance to all that creamy cheese goodness.
