Breakfast For Dinner Grazing Board

This board is absolutely packed with all my favorite SAVORY Breakfast items including fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, and sauteed mushrooms right on the board! I also crisped up some delicious, salty prosciutto by frying it with a bit of butter and it turned out so lightly crispy and flavorful. Burrata soaking in a lovely pool of pesto is the main cheese stars along with some dill havarti cheese from one of my most favorite cheese brands - Castello. Check out their incredible cheesy lineup HERE.
