Berrylicious Baked Brie: A Melty Delight for Your Next Gathering!

Are you ready to elevate your appetizer game? Look no further than this delectable recipe for Berry and Brie Wreaths! Bursting with flavor and elegance, these baked brie delights will steal the show at any gathering.

BERRIES & BRIE WREATH

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb Double crème Brie wheel, scored on the top rind

1/2 jar of Cherry Rhubarb jelly from Kelly's Jelly Oregon

3 oz fresh raspberries

1 tbsp olive oil (Durant Oregon's finest)

1 lb raw pizza dough rolled into 1-inch balls

Fresh thyme and rosemary for that extra burst of fragrance

Rosemary Honey from NaturaCentric for a touch of sweetness

Sprinkle of sea salt to balance the flavors

Instructions:

Preheat and Prepare: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Score the Brie: Take your Double crème Brie wheel and score the top rind lightly. This will allow the flavors to penetrate the cheese as it bakes, creating a gooey, melty center.

Top with Flavor: Spread a generous layer of Cherry Rhubarb jelly over the scored Brie. This sweet and tangy combination will complement the richness of the cheese beautifully.

Add Berries and Herbs: Scatter fresh raspberries over the jelly-covered Brie, adding bursts of vibrant color and juicy sweetness. Sprinkle with fresh thyme and rosemary for an aromatic twist that will tantalize your senses.

Wrap in Dough: Take your 1-inch pizza dough balls and wrap them around the Brie, creating a wreath-like pattern. This not only adds a delightful texture but also ensures that every bite is filled with cheesy goodness.

Drizzle and Season: Drizzle the assembled Brie wreaths with olive oil for a golden, crispy exterior, or opt for melted butter for an extra indulgent touch. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt to enhance the flavors.

Bake to Perfection: Place the prepared Brie wreaths on the lined baking sheet and transfer them to the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is irresistibly melty.

Finishing Touch: Once out of the oven, drizzle with a generous amount of Rosemary Honey from NaturaCentric. This final flourish adds a hint of sweetness that perfectly balances the savory and tart flavors.

Serve and Enjoy: Arrange your Berry and Brie Wreaths on a platter, garnished with fresh herbs for a touch of elegance. Watch as your guests dive into this irresistible appetizer, savoring every cheesy, fruity bite.

With its combination of creamy Brie, tangy jelly, fresh berries, and fragrant herbs, these Berry and Brie Wreaths are sure to be a hit at your next gathering. Whether you're hosting a dinner party or simply indulging in a cozy night in, this recipe is guaranteed to impress.
