About the Recipe
Light and fresh. A simple herbacious dip you can add to any charcuterie board!
Cream cheese, 1 pkg
Sour cream, 1/4 cup
Feta, 1/4 C crumbled and some for topping
Bell Peppers, diced
Cucumber, diced and some sliced for dipping
Dried parsley and dill
Fresh cilantro and basil
Kelly’s Jelly Pineapple jalapeño, 1 TBL
Tomatoes, for garnish
Crispy kale, crumbled
Salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
@gardenuity Cocktail Sea Salt (red chili flakes, lemon, garlic, sea salt)
In a glass bowl or mixer soften the cream cheese to room temp. Then add in the sour cream and feta plus olive oil and seasonings and whip together until smooth.
Add in the herbs and bell pepper.
Spoon and smooth out into a bowl and garnish with fresh herbs, olive oil and the Gardenuity sea salt.
Serve with fresh veggies, warmed bread or crackers.
