Warm and comforting chipotle taco pasta combines savory, crunchy, and hearty flavors. This dish can be made with a vegan meatless crumble and vegan cheese to make it a vegan dish. Or it can be made with ground beef and regular cheese. It's up to you and your preference. I would also make this a great potluck dish for any time of year. This one is sure to be a hit!

Ingredients
Butter
1 package of Macaroni Pasta
1 package of Trader Joe’s Meatless crumbles (You can used ground beef too)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Grape tomatoes, sliced
Avocado, diced
Chipotle Bitchin Sauce
Elote corn chip dippers Trader Joes
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Chili powder
Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Tamed pickled jalapeños @mezzetta
Cilantro
Preparation
Preheat Oven 375
Cook pasta and Meatless crumbles according to the package
In a big bowl melt butter and toss with pasta. Add Meatless crumble, Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes, Jalapenos, Sauce, and spices.
Bake for 15 minutes then top with chips and cilantro.
