Are you looking for a fantastic gluten-free and vegetarian meal? Costco carries Cauliflower Linguine Pasta at Costco made by taste republic. I topped the pasta with brie cheese slices, tomatoes, and plant-based sausage. I make this when looking for an easy and quick meal for a lovely summer or fall evening.
- cauliflower linguine noodles
- Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- plant based sausage
- Roma tomatoes, diced
- green olives
- grated Italian cheese
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Simply boil your noodles and then toss them into a butter-smeared baking dish.
Top with brie cheese, tomatoes, green olives and plant based sausage.
Dress it with some olive oil, italian cheese and fresh herbs and capers
Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes and serve immediately!
