Are you a gnocchi fan? I haven't met anyone who isn't. This vegetarian recipe is perfect for any time of year. The gnocchi recipe packs well for lunch and heats up well too. All the flavors combine to create a creamy, tangy, spicy dish that will satisfy you.
Ingredients
Potato Gnocchi Trader Joe's
Butter
Boursin Garlic & Fine Herb
Asparagus, roasted
Capers
Scallions, chopped
Parmesan cheese
Peas
Whole milk
Lemon juice
Garlic, minced
Red chili flakes
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Prepare Gnocchi according to instructions on the package.
In a skillet heat oil and cook asparagus with salt
Add Gnocchi and the rest of the ingredients to the skillet. While heating up, stir until combined.
