Are you a gnocchi fan? I haven't met anyone who isn't. This vegetarian recipe is perfect for any time of year. The gnocchi recipe packs well for lunch and heats up well too. All the flavors combine to create a creamy, tangy, spicy dish that will satisfy you.


  • Potato Gnocchi Trader Joe's

  • Butter

  • Boursin Garlic & Fine Herb

  • Asparagus, roasted

  • Capers

  • Scallions, chopped

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Peas

  • Whole milk

  • Lemon juice

  • Garlic, minced

  • Red chili flakes

  • Salt

  • Pepper


  1. Prepare Gnocchi according to instructions on the package.

  2. In a skillet heat oil and cook asparagus with salt

  3. Add Gnocchi and the rest of the ingredients to the skillet. While heating up, stir until combined.
