About the Recipe
An easy way to serve breakfast FAMILY-STYLE is to pile everything onto a sheet tray, and everyone can help themselves. This one is packed with potatoes, scrambled eggs, everything but the bagel seasoning, broccoli, AND a ginormous pumpkin spice cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll is inspired by @theboardhousewifepdx, who made one like this. I'd never seen that before. So good!!
If you cannot find the pumpkin spice cinnamon roll is it OK to use the regular kind.

While the cinnamon roll is baking, prep your potatoes and broccoli. Roasted them on a sheet pan in the oven at 425. I toss everything in olive oil and then season the broccoli with EBTB seasoning and the potatoes with Steak salt.
Prepare the scrambled eggs in a bowl, add in the half and half and set aside.
Sautée Trader Joes Holiday Vegetable Hash with butter then added the eggs. Once they are cooked top them with Unexpected cheddar cheese + a little bit of basil for some green
