1 large Goat Cheese log
1 package of Cream Cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 Jar of Tomato Ricotta Pesto
3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
2 cups Grape Tomatoes
1 tbsp Olive Oil

1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the goat cheese, the cream cheese and the butter and soften in the microwave for 1 minute.
2. Add the Tomato Ricotta Pesto and WHIP together into creamy perfection.
3. Pour out into an oven-safe dish (I recommend something shallow) and top with the tomatoes, salt, olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
4. Serve as is with crackers, veggies or bread, OR broil for 10-12 minutes until it’s bubbly and warm
