About the Recipe

Baked Brie in a cast iron skillet with all the most delicious flavors - say no more! This recipe uses store-bought Tomato Ricotta Pesto from WinCo, Steak seasoning, artichoke hearts, and grape tomatoes! Make this for your next snack, appetizer, or dinner. The warm creaminess of the Brie cheese accentuates the other flavors and melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 triangle of Brie

  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Ricotta Felippo Berio from Winco

  • 2 cups Grape Tomatoes sliced in half

  • 1/2 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts

  • 1/8 tsp of Steak Salt from PortlandSaltCo

  • 1 tbsp of Olive Oil

  • 3 leafs of Basil for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Place 1 triangle of Brie cheese in your cast iron skillet.

  3. Add the Tomato Ricotta Pesto on top of your triangle of Brie spreading it generously. Next add in the tomatoes and artichoke hearts include the dressing from the jar. Lastly, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melting and yummy. Garnish with Basil. Let it cool 5 minutes and serve with crackers, bread and veggies.
