Pineapple Jalapeno Honey Baked Brie

Why settle for regular Brie when you can have this flavor-packed Pineapple Jalapeño Honey version? We're talking creamy luscious cheese, tropical pineapple jelly with a kick of jalapeños from my fav Kelly's, and a sweet honey glaze. It's a game-changer for your taste buds.


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb wheel of Brie cheese

  • 3 tablespoons Kelly's Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly

  • 1-2 teaspoons herbs de Provence

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional, for added crunch)

  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving


Instructions:

1. Get the Oven Going:

Crank up that oven to 350°F (175°C). We want that Brie to get all gooey and irresistible.


2. Prep the Brie:

Place that wheel of Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave the rind on for a bit of texture, or ditch it if you're all about that creamy goodness.


3. Pile it High:

Spoon the pineapple jalapeño jelly generously over the Brie. Let it be a bit messy; that's where the magic happens. Now add the dried herbs and a very light drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.


4. Bake Away: 

Pop that Brie into the oven and let it do its thing for 25-30 minutes. You'll know it's ready when the cheese is all melty, and the toppings are golden and bubbly.


5. Honey Magic:

Warm up the honey a bit and drizzle it over the top.


6. Nutty Crunch (Optional):

Feeling fancy? Sprinkle some chopped walnuts over the top. It adds a nice crunch that'll keep you coming back for more.

Take it out, let it cool for a minute, then dive in with your favorite crackers or a slice of baguette.
